I was considering purchasing in that complex , now im a little apprehensive as the place looks abandon , where r the maintenance and it looks like the restaurant has opened in a while.

Im sure place will be gone by Septemeber but Im still.curious of the rent. I'm definitely going to be connecting with you when I'm ready to come there and get my apartment in September or maybe october. But this is a great place.
